Checking Ownership

You can check whether a Seller has clear title to the car they are selling, by -

1.       Viewing the ownership papers held by the Seller.

If the "seller" has the ownership papers, this is a fairly good indication they are the owner. However, you should ascertain the identity of the "seller" by sighting other identification (such as drivers license, passport of birth certificate).
